Selling in Calgary · The SW Desk
Thinking about selling? Start with what it's actually worth.
A realistic price before a commission conversation. No pressure, no timeline, no sign in the yard until you're ready.
A realistic range.
No pitch.
The first conversation is just a conversation. I come by, walk the house, and give you a realistic range based on what has actually sold on your street and what has not. You decide what happens next. If the number makes sense and the timing works, we talk prep and strategy. If it doesn't, you keep doing what you were doing.
My approach to selling is boring on purpose. I don't pressure you to list before you're ready. I don't quote aggressive numbers to win the listing and drop the price three weeks later. I do my homework, tell you what I see, and handle the details so the move can be the main event, not the paperwork.
Before you list.
