October 2026 Calgary Market Report
$564,200 Benchmark price
Calgary's benchmark price eased to $564,200 in October 2026, down $2,500 from September and 0.35 per cent from a year earlier, the smallest annual gap this year. Sales of 1,592 were 15.27 per cent lower than last October and new listings fell 9.41 per cent. Months of supply rose to 3.88 against 3.44 a year ago, and row and apartment homes carried most of the price declines.
